Dear Mr. Monaghan,
On Friday, Dec. 11, my Blazer, which I purchased at your dealership in 2005, was giving me mechanical problems. I was able to restart the car and drive to your dealership.
I want you to know your staff turned what could have been a disastrous day into a pleasurable experience. When I arrived at the service department at 11:55, I was greeted pleasantly by a young lady name Caroline and by Ken Duke, who was very reassuring that my car would be checked promptly as soon as the mechanics had their lunch.
I went to the lobby knowing that I probably wouldn’t get lunch myself for quite a while. Surprisingly, I was joined by one of you salesmen, who chatted with me for a while and suggested that one of the staff might be going for lunch and might bring something for me.
Several minutes after that, Caroline approached me with the offer of a loaner car so that I could go get some lunch while my car was being repaired.
I was able to go to WalMart, get lunch there, and pick up the few things that I had intended to purchase. As I was leaving the WalMart parking lot, my cell phone rang to inform me that my car was repaired and ready to be picked up.
As you can see, what could have been a terrible experience turned into a great experience because of your staff. I can’t thank all of you enough. Please extend my appreciation to all of your staff for the fine job they do!

These days it seems that a simple thank you is a few and far between thing to receive because everyone is in such a hurry and cant be bothered to do that. I would like to take the time to do just that to the service people at Paul Stine Chevrolet.
On Monday September 24th of this year my wife, my son, and I were traveling from the Philadelphia area to Buffalo in our new Chevrolet Equinox. As we traveled up US 15 we began getting an indication that we had a charging problem with the vehicle. We began losing functions with the car and limped into Paul Stine Chevrolet just before the car died completely. We explained to the service advisor, Paul, what our problem was and he had the car checked out. The problem was diagnosed to be the alternator and unfortunately the dealer didnt have one in stock. We learned that it wouldnt be until the next day that one would be available.
Paul made a loaner car available to us and we transferred our entire luggage to the loaner and spent the night in Selinsgrove. The next morning we called to see if the part had arrived and were told that it wouldnt be until noon. Paul told us that the old alternator was already off the car and that as soon as the new one was in that it would be put on. My thinking was that if the part arrived at noon it probably wouldnt be until past 1:00 that the car would be available as the arrival of the part was at lunchtime.
To our surprise the car was ready when we went into the service department at 12:30. Paul didnt actually say so but I think that a rush was put on to get our car ready as soon as possible considering that we had lost a day of travel already. We were on our way within minutes after picking the car up and transferring our luggage!
So, to the entire service department of Paul Stine Chevrolet, as well as our service advisor Paul, we would like to say a very large thank you for the service provided to us at that time. You are all a credit to your community and to Chevrolet!
My 99 honda accord needed tires and lof and inspection, Paul service advisor, serviced my car in no time , I would recommend this dealership to any one looking for quality service and fair pricing
